Abstract

This article deals with the new way of learning offered by the interuniversity competencies called Moot Court and which were developed during 2019 and had as main activities and challenges; an intense training process, the study of a hypothetical case, the preparation of a written memorial and finally; the presentation of oral allegations before specialists in the matter that formed a Court. The first one was framed in the field of Economic Criminal Law and Anti-Corruption, and the second one; in International Human Rights Law with emphasis on the Inter-American System for the Protection of Human Rights of the Organization of American States (OAS). Both cases were developed from a human rights approach with emphasis on Conventionality Control, fundamentally, because it is essential that the academy study it and insist that justice operators begin and consolidate the mainstreaming of international human rights standards as soon as to the precedents of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (I / A Court HR).
