Análisis de las necesidades administrativas de gerentes de microempresas en Paraguay

Resumen

Las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas han adquirido una importante relevancia en el desarrollo económico de los países, así como también en la generación de empleos y de ingresos para los individuos. El propósito de esta investigación es determinar las necesidades administrativas que tienen los propietarios y gerentes de microempresas para mejorar el desempeño en la gestión de sus negocios. Este estudio fue realizado utilizando métodos mixtos con un diseño exploratorio secuencial cual-cuantitativo y un enfoque de estudio de caso. Los datos han sido analizados utilizando la estadística descriptiva, divididos en cuatro diferentes categorías y diecisiete sub-categorías. Como resultado se han podido identificar trece necesidades específicas relacionadas a la gestión administrativa de las microempresas participantes. Estos resultados fueron utilizados como base para el diseño y modelado de un sistema informático de gestión hecho a medida.
